I am IN LOVE with the SkinMedica TNS Ceramide treatment cream as a daily moisturizer.
I was loyal to the Neutrogena water cream for about a year until I tried the Anua 3+ moisturizer!! I have sensitive, acne prone, dry skin and I also don’t do well with niacinamide. Anua 3+ has massively changed things for me and kept my skin barrier healthy while using adapalene above all else.
Suggestion : behind you should a huge image of the product you’re discussing. The derm from Seattle does that and it’s very helpful.
I use Unrefined shea butter in the morning and a few drops of Castor Oil at night. Those are my moisturizers. And for body cream, I make my own. I have used them for years after getting tired of spending a fortune on the latest fads.
